Made some tapenade. Bought a nice sour dough bread for dipping and a nice light supper with a glass of wine.

How do you make your tapenade? Olives, feta, capers? What else have you got in there? Looks Delish.

No feta. That's chopped garlic.

Any kalamata olives but I used 2 packs of Woolies 'olive duo' from the deli section.

Olives
Finely chopped garlic
Capers
Half a lemons juice
Olive oil

And yes it's absolutely delish. I can't stop eating it just now :)

Pork chop, shrooms, onions, basil, fresh ginger, apple, wine, dijon and mascarpone... Winging it...

Once again. Plating could be better, but I will work on that when I'm confident in my cooking. This was awesome!

Looks great but it seems like you forgot the pork chops

thanks for that recipe. Got around to making it today, frikking awesome. Love the stuff, made chicken, bacon and avo wraps for supper and used it in them with some olive and herb cream cheese. They were Delish and I have lots left over for lunch tomorrow with bacon kips.

Oh I used pimento stuffed olives and Kalamata blacks. So the little flecks of red are the pimento. Also used caper berries instead of plain capers but it's all close enough to your recipe. Took the pic before wrapping it all up cause that looks a lot nicer then this. ImageUploadedByMyBroadband1462035579.594182.jpg

Wow. Nice one. And those wraps look great too :D

Creamy chicken and mushroom soup. Perfect for a chilly day in Gauteng.

Followed up with a chocolate mascarpone mousse.

Lol I was also about to ask where's the pork chop.

Hey... You guys wouldn't be laughing if you tasted that stuff! If I'm completely honest, I had a few beers before coming home on Friday. The slightly intoxicated chef and photographer, as well as the inevitable dodgy presentation let me down here, but I can assure you that it was awesome.
