Going to attempt a Shakshuka tonight.
Wife had one from Mugg&Bean a while ago and it was delicious. So going to have a go at it tonight.

Whoa! That was amazing.
My eggs was slightly over. Probably because I left it covered while I went to help with bathing the kids. But for a first attempt it doesn't bother me too much. Will get it right next time.

Eisbein apple and bacon pie with a star anise jus and duck fat baked oven chips.
