I was also in "couldn't be bothered mood", so just made sausage and eggs. We also had Boeber for dessert which my neighbour brought over.

That's my 14 year old daughters favourite dinner. She's a fussy eater and often won't eat what I cook
Cereal for dinner was a favorite for my 24 year old self but technically I don't think 3am Saturday after a night out qualifies as "dinner"

Made a chicken curry this afternoon. Let it sit, should be wonderfully infused with flavour by the time I get home after work.

That's what I had last night when I got home from a braai. We didn't do much eating there.

Household was chaos this morning and in the rush we forgot to take the steaks out of the freezer.

Had to settle for some cheesy open omelettes with left over chicken bits and some avo.

Not even disappointed about the mis(sed)steak.

My kind of omelette. Looks great.

Pulled pork in barbecue sauce, slaw and homemade rolls. Sorry for image quality.

How do you dress your coleslaw. My kids favorite is a mayo, curry and condensed milk old fashioned type but I find it so heavy and want to try lighten it up but still have flavor. I can't handle dry slaw. My favorite salad hands down.
