Technically not supper but we are skipping supper because we snacked on too many of these.

Wife was moaning this whole week about how expensive the people are baking for birthday parties.

So today I showed her how easy it is to do the cupcakes for the party and school ourselves.

These are of course my best piped ones. Was a few poop emoji looking attempts before these

The blue icing was a plain butter cream icing with coloring. The chocolate was one of those ready made Pilsbury frostings in the cans.

Will probably do it with the ready made stuff as the butter cream was a bit more difficult to work with because of temperature in the kitchen. Had to cool it down a few times as the icing became too runny.

@APoc184 Had a similar issue with the butter icing only ours was too stiff. The ready made one has a nice gloss to it.

For next few days, Dinner will consist mostly of salads and perhaps some wors or pork chops on one of those smokeless grill things.

Kitchen revamp started today and they will only be finished by Saturday or Sunday.
