Had it once.

Was ok, better but more expensive than real fast food joints (McD, Burger King, Steers) but not worth being called a "good" burger either IMHO.

I'd rather go to my local burger joint than there if I want a better burger for the same price (but then you might not have a good local burger joint nearby).

The last two times I had RM at their recently opened store at Baywest mall the burger patty was dry and tasteless - there won't be a third.
