Beef bourguinon, maple syrup roasted root vegetables, ciabatta bread, and potatoes boulangere
 
Ok cool, so cooking the chickpeas longer creates aquafaba. Especially the next day out the fridge it's thickened up more. Quite nice eaten with the chickpeas like a cold summer soup with oil, salt, lemon & sumac. There's no comparing this to the liquid that comes from a can of chickpeas.

Rotisserie turkey, cola gammon, roast potatoes, candied yams, green beans, corn, garlic baby marrow, pumpkin, gravy... and apple pie for desert.
 
Thanksgiving. Ginger beer and rooibos gammon, sage stuffing, pistachio and lime brussel sprouts, hasselback potatoes with lime honey mint and feta, cranberry sauce, and corn bread.
Yeah, that meal looks proper nice.
