That looks interesting, what is the peanut butter normal jar or crushed peanuts or?
Regular ol black cat peanut butter, crunchy peanut butter would be better.

I adapted it from a Thai recipe, Thai and Indian food uses a lot of the same ingredients so I'm pretty familiar with them and know which I what substitutes to use

Sauce made by adding water: peanut butter, tomato sauce, Sriracha, red wine vinegar a good amount of Worcester Sauce plus some add MSG and a good amount of Chinese 5 spice.

I keep adding ingredients till I get the taste I want.

when the sauce starts thickens that's when I add the noodles.

The chilli oil is just pickle masala and crushed chillies with some added sugar.

Try some Hoisin. Goes very well with the peanut butter flavour.

I need to find food grade Thill/ White Sesame Oil at an Indian owned grocer.
Was I was about to spend R90 on 50g agar agar until I realised it was just China Grass, I picked up a 10g sachet for R9 at the prayer section of my local Spar.

Anyway a after dinner snack.
