My curry leaf tree is just growing bigger. Most that I've seen are the small dwarf variety. This tree is Iver 6 years old now.

I just put in the whole sprig and remove it after the leaves fall off during cooking.Looks good.
I’m no cook but I’m sure you don’t use the stems of the curry leaves.
You should use some of the curry leaf tree wood in the fireplace during winter to save some energy costs![]()
