1x xxl airfyer

1. preheat to 200
2. 10 minutes at 190
3. flip and then 8 minutes at 200
4. eat.

Taster menu in the French Quarter in New Orleans. I'm not exactly sure now but I think there's crawfish etouffee, seafood gumbo, sausage andouille, and red beans and rice, plus oysters.
