Wish me luck. Ribs were in the fridge when the power cut this morning but the fridge was never opened, so I took a chance.

Were supposed to be smoked, but the weather canceled that idea, so it went into the InstantPot, coated with a storebought sauce and went under the grill in the oven.
 
Yes! And they were surprisingly good. Not as good as smoked, but for that little work, not bad at all.

Now to decide if I'm brave in enough to cook the chicken that was also in the fridge.
How long was the power off?
