It was good. But I don't think it was good enough to justify the effort. Was my first try though, so maybe more practice.

I see the proper ones are two-day recipes at the minimum.

I'm not that big of a fan of it, to be honest. Lacks comfort or something.

There is another similar Vietnamese dish called Bún Bò Huế which I found to be so much better.
 
Just threw together some random ingredients… came out amazing.
