Well, obviously we use chopsticks a lot at home, for cooking and eating, but we wouldn't for that.
Why not? They’re extensions of the fingers, and this is a meal made up of chunks. It would have taken more effort trying to spear the green beans with a fork.

But just on the braai. It's obviously not a char siu. Maybe he should be more precise.
