Lamb knuckle stew.

Onion
Baby potatoes
Chopped carrots
Pumpkin cubes
String beans (might leave that out)
Garlic
Can of curry for mutton

Cook everything until it's done.
On some cous-cous or lentils (must still decide) ... EDIT: I think I will just use bread ... nothing wrong with that.

Was going to be grilled chickem breast with spinach and veg, but decided against it. Opted for toasted cheese instead...
 
Farmstyle wors + baked potatoes (Extra virgin olive oil) + A glass of dirty tap water.
 
I am in Lubumbashi, DRC - Sampling some local cuisine - I had some kind of spicy stew and something that looks like maize meal (pap) but isn't. I also had some pan fried fish with some kind of peanut sauce. Strange. Drinking some Simba beer as well.

What are things like there? Assume you're there on business or is it pleasure?

Rainbow's chicken crumbed saucy steaklets (processed meat)
Sliced tomato
Cheeze
Either mayonaize/chutney/mustard

Real ****ing butter with the whole thing made into a sammich.
