Braai with fillet and potatoes and salad. Good glass of red to complete the meal.. :) Readybfor the sharks - Stormers game now.

Noodles, Diced bacon, Can of chopped tomatoes (infused with some garlic and cooked), cheeze on top.

Enough to take the leftovers to work tomorrow.

I added some fried, diced aubergine as well.

I haven't had a tastier meal all month.

If only I had a good bottle of wine instead of brandy and coke. :(

What is cheeze?

Stop buying brandy and coke and get yourself a good bottle of red wine.

Why not buy the Checkers odd bins? they have some nice enough week wines :D

Ps the dinner sounds awesome!

Cottage Pie. Anyone got some ideas to make a "natural savoury sauce" with the mince without MSG and *** infused packets of Knor savoury mince?

And to thicken it? I was thinking about adding chopped tomato as well.

I also like to add one of those small tins of tomato paste rather than tomatoes themselves.

I am not sure, what do you want to thicken?

no need to use stock. just use ginger and garlic and tomatoe paste. R3 per sachet at checkers or R10 a tin at woolies.
