The Spanish stall at the Hope Street market does the most remarkable chicken and pea paella from time to time (on the days they sell out of spanish omlettes) . Anyone else had it? If done right it's delish.

Very very nice! And so easy.

If anybody wants to attempt them... You can put a real thick layer of caramel on the bottom Oreo. As you can see from the pics. It goes "missing" if it is spread to thin
