Cabbage is such an underrated vegetable.
We chopped the cabbage up fine enough so that some melted and thickened up the gravy. Got some fresh rolls from picknpay too.

While my curries are more spice than heat, I love doing that with the cabbage too. It's an awesome method.
OT - had a bacon quiche and chips with a vanilla choc chip cake for after

No way. Burgers were pretty good. They usually overdo the relish. I was pleasantly surprised.

Had probably the nicest nacho's I have ever eaten last night at home. Quality of the avo was a big factor as it was perfect. Tonight getting take away Chinese. Probably get the cashew chicken meal on rice.
