Tin fish biryani is my favourite of all!

Very nice. I forgot how nice parsnip and rutebega can be.
We had Chinese guests and my wife's parents over so had 1) pork wine Jamie Oliver stew, 2) stroganoff, 3) pot stickers and spring rolls. Was one of the more eclectic meals I've enjoyed.
I chucked in two drops of liquid smoke that elevated that sauce to a whole new dimension. The colour wasn't right, but the flavour was incredible, if I may say so myself.
