Chicken - Roasted in oven bag with lemon slices, peri-peri sauce, paprika, sage, thyme & rosemary for 1hr. Removed from bagged and skin grilled till crispy. Remaining gravy/sauce in bag reduced.
Potato wedges - Par boild for 10min, placed in roasting pan, wiped in butter, sprinkled with rosemary and a few strategicly placed onion rings & garlic cloves for flavour.
Portugese rolls - Plain :D

Chicken Naddle soup!

Then after I take a barone, break it up and put it in a glass bowl with cream.

Pop in microwave, I lets the barone melts. Then I pour over Ice-Cream

Not exactly dinner.

But we had this for dessert.
Baked it myself. My wife is not your typical baker while I enjoy it very much.

I see there's at least one person here who's never eaten malva pudding. It's the only reasonable explanation for the reaction. Me? I'd do unspeakable things for a bowl of the stuff.

[-]Beef[/-] chicken pie from [-]Woolies[/-] some shop in bakery in Rosebank ... I think?

Anyhow, it was nice. A wee bit too much pepper for my liking, but packed with chicken bits, spinach and mushrooms.

Not exactly dinner.

Ages since I had a good malva pud. Always best with vanilla custard (out the box!).
