We wanted to go ice skating with friends at The Grove and went for dinner at Spur.
Horrendous service and I sent back my main course because it looked like somebody puked on the plate. Even the manager was shocked when I called him over about it. Wife and friends finished their meals but wasn't too impressed with it either.
In the end I had 2 McDonalds cheese burgers and we didn't go ice skating. I did not know it was possible to fit the whole of Pretoria's kids onto one ice rink.

Last Friday before school starts. One of the worst times to go to a kiddie attraction.

Yeah we only realised that when we arrived at the ice rink. Haven't followed or cared about school holidays for years now. That'll teach us

There is a sushi place across the Spur and next to the ice rink. That place was absolutely pumping yesterday. At any given time during our dinner there were at least 15 people waiting outside for a table.
I'm definitely going to try them next time. Has to be good if people are willing to wait that long for a table.
Huh? You saying the one from kolonade moved to the Grove? Or that kolonade mall moved to the Grove? Or that both malls have the same floor plan?

Kolonade mall no longer has an ice rink, the ice rink has been moved to the Grove.
