Boerewors rolls tonight, and I want to try out Spur's BBQ sauce with it.

Same here man. Gotta get some rolls though. Keeping it simple. Tomato and mustard on top.

Noooo, I like egg and tomato on toast. I really do.

I want to keep my supper light on the stomach and I'm anyway alone so no need to impress anyone with dinner.

And most importantly ... I want to keep dirty dishes to the absolute minimum.

One pan, one plate ... a couple of utensils ... that's it.

Braai tonight with baked potato and salads. Steak was perfectly medium.

The let down was that the lamb rib chops were off. Was really looking forward to it. Such is life.

Heh - maybe it was .

Mashed potatoes (with capers and sundried tomatoes) with grilled cabbage and broccoli with brie on top. Washing it down with a Kings BLockhouse IPA but it's a little heavy for a meal accompaniment.
