Mutton curry, salad and a flatbread thingy made from almond flour.

Lamb and lentil soup. I added some of Nando's extra hot peri peri and it was fantastic.

Chicken broth.

I'm trying to empty my freezer, because I have to defrost it in the next couple of weeks.

I have a chicken carcass (with lots of meat ... otherwise it would have been a chicken stock) that I'm using ... with some carrots, onions, peppers, garlic, celery ... and spices +salt and pepper.

... and of course budder and olivia oil.

EDIT: Somehow (I don't know how) a preservative laden stock cube has also snuck its way into my pot.

I really don't know how it happened.

That crust is extraordinary. I'm slightly in awe.

Somehow chicken carcass just killed my appetite.

Sounds like road kill.

Yeah, sorry ... it was a stupid question.

:p

Kidding. Yeah, but she's made this dish before. She just put more effort into the presentation this time, mainly because she had leftover pastry.
