This is what I made the other night. It looks a but messy because I already ate 70% of it.

It's chicken pieces, baby potatoes, carrots, aubergine, onions ... and Windhoek Urbock dark beer.
2 Bottles.

They only brew one batch of this beer once a year some time in May or June. And it's expensive. R84 for a six pack.

This is without a doubt the best dish I've made this year. I literally couldn't stop eating. I'm going to make it again tomorrow.

From a personal perspective.... I had a habitus of ten years between Urbocks.... Tis ' has changed, you need a trong stomach for that Gran brew bru!

Made a giant omelette (3 eggs each) last night with a topping of caramelised onions, brinjal, mushrooms and cheese (with salad on the side).
