Made medium sirloin steak, with thyme, garlic and butter basting, with roast potatoes with rosemary and garlic. Came out awesome.

Lunch was a yellowtail braai in Kleinmond with church, so dinner was just some toasty cheese sammies.

Last night I braai with 2 colleagues literally on the beach sand at a remote spot.

We started a bit late so we ate almost in pitch black darkness but it was fantastic.

This morning we went and played 9 holes of golf.

On a new diet, so everything is with salad. Salad this, salad that. When in doubt... salad.

Tomorrow morning I'm going to order a Greek salad as a first break meal.

I've had dangerously little plant material as food these last 3 days.

EDIT: Actually I've had dangerously much meat as food these last 3 days.

I was on holiday this week.

Come tomorrow, I'll be back on my lean regime. Gymming, oatmeal, salads, lean meats and no alcohol or sugars <<sob, sniff, cry :( >>)

Went visiting yesterday and had late lunch/early supper with my uncle and his family:

Chops chutney
Tandoori chicken
Chickpea curry
Chicken Curry
Rice
Roti
Fulka
Dhania chutney
and for dessert: Trifle and masala tea

Brought back leftovers.. so this will probably be my supper tonight as well :)

very nice

but i want ocean basket recipe a garlic sauce

mine doesnt come close and most i tried dont

What recipe are you using? I would wager this recipe over here will destroy the Ocean Basket method. It's a very simple dish to make. Just don't be shy with the butter.
