Nothing. Actually Tullamore Dew.

Went to lunch at a classy grill house in Parktown North and had a T-bone steak (aged 40 days :wtf:), which left me feeling

There ain't no way I could do anything for supps tonight :(

Chicken casserole ... piping hot for a chilly mizz day

We had a few Spur burgers for supper. It was actually good for a change.

Eat in or take away. Sauce? I really enjoy their cheddamelt sauce. Not good for me, but I love it. Got 2 small ones, so we end up there or Mike's Kitchen at least once a month.

For the uninitiated (a.k.a. n00b :o), what is Arabiata sauce? Sounds like a fab meal, though ;)

It's a tomatoey sauce, with a bit of chilli I think. :)

Similar to the sauce when you get Napolitana (sp) pasta at a restaurant.

Vienna chip roll, with BBQ spice and Perinaise sauce from Bona Cafe, washed down with a 500ml Stoney :D

Missed out on chicken curry at home as I rushed to the office.

Last night I was alone for dinner, so the lazy person in me come out !

Had a sandwich with mashed avocado and atchaar filling, plus all bran flakes & milk for dessert. Strange, yes, but I craved it :)

I'm cooking for someone special tonight so doing a few small things instead of 3 standard courses:

Butternut, sage and pine nut gnocchi with a blue cheese infused beurre noisette.
Portuguese prawn and chilli rissoles
Crispy crumbed snails with a garlic mayonnaise
Smoked salmon, cream cheese and tarragon terrine with puffed rice bread
Broccoli salad (a recipe I saw on Good Eats with Alton Brown)

Dessert is simple: strawberries, cream and dipping chocolate...
