:wtf: sausage rolls = pigs in blankets! who knew

Yep It's super easy to make. Just smear dijon mustard into puff pastry and roll the sausages up, brush them with egg and bake for 20mins.

This one is roughly based on the Contessa's recipe. I'm working slowly through the doable recipes in that book. Next up is white bean soup. The lime curd tart is also hers. Will post a pic when it's done

Next time you do a lime or lemon tart, give Heston's recipe a shot. It is absolutely incredible...

That does look insanely good. Coins rather than beans.. nice idea. We used rice and now we have toasted rice left over. Luckily I found a nice recipe that calls for it

Peas and potatoe curry with rice and a dash of salad.

Could someone please tell me ... WTF is this!!!

It is lentils, onions, aubergine, various spices, garlic and a llittle bit of cream. I forgot ... some tomato paste (in those little sachets). The large amount of fluid you see is just the little bit of residual water the lentils were cooked in.

On some bread.

It is completely vegetarian ... you know ... for my bowels.
