I made a spur of the moment crazy recipe which turned out really superb.
Made some croutons with an old ciabatta, fried it in with some chopped pork bangers and sweet pappadews and some paprika (picante). Topped that on a salad of some nice crispy exotic lettuces, cherry tomatoes and feta.
All I was missing was some nice reduction to go with it.
