Made woolies beef burgers.. On soft rolls with butter lettuce and sweet chilli sauce.
Fried the burgers in the oil and fat from the chorizo I fried up yesterday so it had a bit of that flavor infused.
And some Chardonnay on the side..

I went with mild the other night and new that I could never go further than that. Any hotter and I wouldn't have tasted the food. I don't have a cast iron interior lol
