chicken on braai is just wrong imo...
made some braai paai and massive steak yesterday. ate myself into a stupor. made a bit of a change to the braai paai recipe, instead of bacon bits i used streaky bacon cut up, which worked better, and instead of add cheddar cheese i smeared some cream cheese (blue cheese flavour) on the inside of the pastry. furk me that was awesome...
