Baked beans curry

Recipe pls (high level summary is fine). Sounds like a potentially cheap but nice dish. Served hot I assume?

Tried a rice / veg / mushroom fake risotto type dish today. (Part of my personal cost cutting initiative). Solid success on the cost front and tastes decent too. Nothing to write home about though.

Was koo. Quick and easy.

Medium size pot
Table spoon oil
Small onion chopped
Bay leaf
Cinnamon
Tsp Chilli powder

Fry for a minute
Throw in beans
Half cup water
Tsp salt

Medium heat stirring for about 10 to 15 minutes

Check salt. Done

Because I love it.

• Sliced Aubergine fried in a pan with lots of butter and olive oil
• Nando's peri-peri sauce dribbled over
• Feta cheese crumbled on top
