Oh well that's much more..comestible then... :erm:
Ok, I fried onions then braised the mince. I added seasoning and spices and also 3 cloves of grated garlic. Towards the end I added the tomato paste and cooked it through.
I didn't feel like making a cheese sauce so I just grated cheese over the mince. I didn't have anything with it. I had it just, as is. I staying away from bread and pasta.
I did have a large slice of papaya and a banana before supper so I consider that my side dish.
