Bodybuilders love them peanut butter :P

This makes me think of the one story about a group of junior South African military officers that went on a tour to France in the mid-eighties.

The were on Air France and one of the Stoere-boere Afrikaans lieutenants asked for Cognac and Coke. The Stewardess in her best English asked "Pardon". The guy repeated his request and described our local beverage best known as klippies (brandy) and coke.

She replied, with a sniff, that they serve Cognac and they serve Coke ... but they don't serve Cognac with Coke.

The same with Bacon and Peanut butter. The two don't mix.

Hahahaahahahahahaha well you know what. That is the best description i have heard so far as to why it's wrong.

Just for you I shall never again mix the two.

Made my day

Peanut butter ??? :wtf:

Why don't you just put syrup on the eggs & fish-paste on the tomatoes and fnck that "brekkie" up completely instead of just partial? :p

...and seriously, where's the toast?

Paneer chutney with ghadra beans and dhania, masoor dhal, yellow basmati rice. Was actually a pretty good supper today.

Too much rice.

Too much carbohydrates.

I'm vegetarian, and slightly underweight according to BMI because I am so tall. I gotta eat a lot of carbs and protein to bulk up a bit I guess.

Indulging on carbs will just lead to bulking up on fat instead of muscle.

Thats also ok, my plan is to gain both fat and muscle. Fat can be burned off at the gym. It takes years for me to gain even a kilogram even if I eat 3 meals a day and sit around doing nothing.

No!!! To everything you just said.

You don't want fat to enter into your life. If you are naturally skinny then fat will not make you look like an endomorph who is bulked.

If you are an ectomorph (skinny like me) and you are fat ... you will look worse than if you are anorexic. Imagine skinny shoulders and chest with a fat gut ... that's what I'm talking about ... and where you are heading.

Good point. I am an ectomorph.
