I went to the butcher and got me a large rams heads. In the process of burning the hair off and searing the skin.
Will fry the tongue and brains seperately with butter, onions and garlic in a dry sauce. Rest of the meat goes into a hot curry. The eyes are removed and thrown away... the last time I bit into the eye and that black bitter fluid made me almost lose my appetite.

I've seem these ones, also seen them at the retail store @home. Interested in the one you specified for R390. Is it the Scanpan chef's knife?this one even has randy's stamp of approval, officially.

Looks good but why the need for the soya sauce?Tried something new. Made soya cashew nut balls in a basic curry base I.e onions, garlic, ginger and spices. Then added mushroom, a few dollops of double cream yoghurt and some soya sauce.
Was quite tasty.
