Making BBQ Chicken again tonight, this time two chickens.

Will take some pics.
 
Was hubby's cousin's birthday yesterday, so we had finger foods and cake.

Fried fish tonight with either mash or chips.
 
Yesterday I had the sum total of
1 avocado,
5 salticrax,
1 bowl of oatmeal and
half a cup of yoghurt

:(

I don't know what I'm going to eat today.
 
Had 5 mini pizzas at 1am this morning, after karaoke at champions. Don't think I'm gonna make it to work today.
 
Pasta. I don't know what to call it, but this might be my magnum opus. I've never made anything so delicious.

Just normal pasta twirls with white sauce. I added some rosemary, thyme, garlic and pasta spice for taste. Then I added jalapenos to the mixture, cooked it on the oven for a bit and poured it over the pasta.

My god. I'd best enjoy it while I can, because I'm a hopeless chef and this is probably the only time in my life I'll ever make something so good again.
 
I'm making one of my epic stews again.

Haven't made one in months.

The usual ingredients.
Meat (lamb knuckles)
Onions
Leeks
Carrots
Baby potatoes
Pumpkin
Garlic
Urbock dark beer

I didn't end up making the fish. Had sausage stew at my friend's place. Was nice after a long time of not having it.
 
I haven't posted anything on here in a while due to just... craziness at home. Tonight it's mickeyd's.
 
Been dying for some Mac and Cheese. Wife hates the stuff so zero chance of home made Mac and Cheese (and the cooking gene skipped me). Picked up a frozen one which was wasn't even made with macaroni noodles, but elbow noodles. It tasted like puke.
Thought OK screw this let's do Woolworths. Got to Woolies and they had a power failure so weren't letting people into store!
Still after my Mac and Cheese. The quest continues :cry:
