Haddock pie (with mash potato topping, not pastry) & veggies (peas & julienne carrots).

I'm lazy today :o

Probably defrost a whole chicken in microwave...cook in the oven (rub olive oil over it and add all sorts of spices).

Because its frozen in the freezer....unless you want me to blown on it :)

I know it's a bit late now, but you should take the meat out of the freezer in the morning before work and when you get home at night, it will be defrosted :)

apparently chicken and rice, in the oven, mum knows how to make it lekker :D

having pumpkin as a extra aswell as whitesauce(which i won't be having)

I had my mussel soup last night.

Tonight:

2 chicken breasts in pieces. Can't say cubes because with my low quality knives I would just end up hacking it to sizable chunks off the bone.
I spice the chicken and fry it in a big frying pan.
I'll add a bit of coconut cream just before it is done.
Just then I'll add about 500g of stir-fry vegetables. I'll season it while it is in. I'll add some curry powder.
During all this I would have cooked some noodles which I'll add when the everything is just about cooked.
Then I'll add some more more curry powder, the rest of the coconut cream and lots of soy sauce.
I'll let it simmer for a while and then ... grubs up.
