We had home-made burgers with melting mozzarella and grilled brown mushrooms on top.

I saw a nice trick on Food Network - make the patties concave/with a dip in the middle, prevents them from "balling up". :)
 
Schnitzel with rice again, there was meat left from last time. I'm feeling guilty now for eating so much fattening food lately. Perhaps I should punish myself somehow...
 
I agree. Should have written "sarmies made with toasted bread". :p I would never toast assembled sarmies with avo in the oven.

That's much better. Think I will make the same for lunch as I have the ingredients in the fridge ;)
