Made a nice sweet n sour pork stir-fry with onions, baby peas, carrots and steamed rice with a few slugs of Vital Sweet n Sour Soy Sauce. Yum!!!

Anyone got a nice Indian based recipe for me? Something other than curry and breyani - I want something different... Chicken would be great since I have a whole bird here that I can cut up myself.
