What's for supper?

Stew of Cauliflower florets, asparagus spears, Cannellini Beans, Green Beans, Onion, Tomato & Garlic mix with Basmati rice.
 
Had sweet 'n' sour pork stirfy - was yummy! the boyfriend couldn't believe I made it from scratch and not with all sorts of additional stuff like quick ready-made packet stuff...

Tonight, I dunno. Maybe eat stirfry again as there's so much left over from last night's dinner.
 
Had roast beef with roast garlic baby potatoes drenched in olive oil, rice and gravy... Then made soft, sweet vanilla light cup cakes with runny custard - the other half loved it!!!
 
I'm thinking crumbed porkchops and corn on the cob. That or rib burgers and potato wedges. Either way, trotter is on the menu!
 
I'm thinking of using those left-over baby potatoes crushed with the left-over olive oil and garlic, adding some crumbled feta cheese. Eat them cold with the left-over sliced beef along with rice and gravy. Wish I had cash to buy some salad stuff to go with it - only getting paid tomorrow. :(
