Salmon fish cake, baked potato, roast pork fillet and a sauce of red wine reduction and brown mushrooms.
 
Would have had a free range chicken poussin. I bought it Tuesday put in the fridge till yesterday and then in the freeze compartment.

This afternoon I took it out and it smelled off. I had to throw R55 of free range chicken away. :(

Yes, my old fridge doesn't do the job anymore in this hot Cape weather ... that's why I bought myself a new fridge yesterday and they delivered it today.

Was just a little bit too late for my chicken poussin.
 
Roast sirloin, Yorkshire pudding, roast leg of lamb, gammon, roast potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli in cheese sauce, roast pumpkin
 
Roast turkey, roast gammon, roast butternut and baby potato, gravy and Greek salad with almost a gallon of Shiraz last night. Having a short rest in my hotel room while my fiancée shops with the other ladies this morning, Then down to the pool deck for some cocktails and whiskey in the sun. Beautiful weather in Miami Florida.

Romantic getaway with my fiancée tomorrow (let's hope). Nice to be on holiday. Still can't put the iPad down but I'm sure I will in the next couple days.
