Making green curry (chicken) tonight for the first time. Having travelled to Thailand recently, Im quite excited about it... :)

Will let everyone know how it goes. I got everything I need, but Im going to try find an Asian market for some bamboo shoots and fish sauce. So glad I bought a BUNCH of different pastes when I was in Thailand

Picard, I note that you are always (and I mean ALWAYS!) making one-pot dishes. I understand that it seems easier to you than to utilise 3 pots and a pan or whatever in your dinner preparations.

Well, if you see the size of my kitchen(ette) you'll uderstand why.

Last night's mess was nyummy :)

Tonight, our Indian friends from Kerala who run a spa, are cooking dinner for us, so it will be a surprise. All I know is their food is always amazing :)

A curried mince "Vetkoek".

Like you got in the Afrikaans TV show "Vetkoek Paleis".

I bought it at school today. Entrepreneurial parents sometimes make take-away foods which they sell to local businesses and also to us. We buy it at the office during break times.
