so this morning the cap was off apparantly, nothing was throttled at all right, when I get home a couple minutes ago everything is the opposite. I check irc and I can't even count the number of disconnects I see. As it is I've been waiting for 8 minutes to connect to a local server. Pages half load and sometimes don't load at all.

Does anybody know whats going on? I can't get to the iburst network status page

Network status: 100%
Incident report: Nothing new

I was disconnected about 6 times then I got normal capped speed.

Had multiple disconnects the whole weekend and got auth failures for 45 minutes continuously on Saturday, even phoned helldesk, just to hear that I must restart my pc and switch off my firewall and a couple of other silly excuses, but by then I was busy exploding about WBS non-service and Sasan deleting emails without reading them and cr@p service overall and ...

My 2nd serious explosion this month...

Bloody idiots.

Well, im not capped, still have about 700megs and I can't access anything, MSN is dead, IRC is dead and international is a joke. Even local is slow as hell.

Yup everything's dead. Zero international and limited local. Anybody got a local proxy for me?

My local is alright for browsing, but no international at all, been waiting 5 min for web page to open, DUmeter DL: 0.0KB/sec UL: 0.0KB/sec. I give up... :(

Having problems accessing international (Net Errors, Page Errors, etc). Local is ok.

I think the international was an upstream problem, I could access UK servers ok, but not USA ones. Got to USA server through UK server.
