It's been more a problem of the line dropping completely over the last week or so. Intermittent access is as bad as no access at all

Definitely!

If the disconnections are being caused by the line dropping, we'll need to have a look at the logs for the account and see when and how regularly this happens.

My 120 gig account is 120 gig anytime and 480 gig midnight to 6am data. So I would imagine yours would be 200 gig anytime and so much midnight to 6am
