call the call centre and ask for the retentions department they talk you through a couple of options or alternatively consult with one of the frontline staff, they should be more than willing to assist.

Service Centers

I must say going to a Service center is the best option of me.

MTN recently opened on in North Gate (near The DOME). I must say they the best.

I wanted a E2200 date card, walked in, filled paper work and the sales rep said they would phone me. AN hour later, they phoned, apporved. collected my data card. about 3 hours all in total.

A week ago I wanted to extend my contract (yes still after all the hassels I had), wallked into MTN Northgate @ 17h25 by 18h00 I was out, upgraded contracts for both lines and new Nokia N73's.

This morning I need to mirgate a contract, 15min later all complete.

The fanchises seem to be more at the back of the queue.

I would rather now pop into Northgate than phone 808.
