Yip. I started watching Lost and How I Met Your Mother only recently :o
Also gonna start watching Dexter.

Looking forward to SGA, Eureka, Burn Notice, Psych, and the Closer - all starting up again next month - along with whatever else the networks come up with.

The US summer season used to be a lot worse.
 
I know what you mean, try not even having DSTV and only the other channels to watch and they can dish up some rubbish

Depends if you are a sci-fi fan. My wife is not, but she was gripped by Battlestar Galactica. Stargate is more like hardcore Trek. But still very good, there were episodes and seasons that were as good if not better than the original Stargate movie, but there were also a few corny campy episodes, but what would sci-fi be without those.

I loved both ... and they are both very high on the "most downloaded" lists of TV episodes, esp. in Canada and the UK.

Yip, but the 2nd half of Season 2 was really draggy and boring. I felt that the writers did not plan for more than 13 episodes, cos the rest were natural insomnia-relievers.

Battlestar .... its only the best gripping show series you can ever watch ...... you missing out if you haven't started it yet!

Stargate is typical space scifi fan .... not particularily great but good to pass time
