Finally I phoned CallCentre, to find out about my progress on ADSL...I was told that the ports were asigned...i.e. Analogue and ADSL ports...I asked what happens now (Not surprised that I have been waiting for several years(Almost 4 years for ADSL) I was asked "Hadn't they phoned you yet"?...Well of course you know my answer it was 'never'.."Well if they don't phone you call us back next week. Wednesday"....

I would like to know firstly, Why Analogue and ADSL ports(2) Remembering I'm on ISDN...And What is the next hurdle?...Can someone advise?...

I would like to add one thing call them every 3 hours daily and youll get your line in no time worked for me
 
The chances of talking to someone who does something is so much greater if you phone a few times a day. So like said above, bother them every waking minute. Got my installation delayed for a week and phoned a few times that same day only to get it the next day :D
 
Thanks, I do phone them everyday, so I'll see what happens next week Monday...
