What's The Problem?

No screws or anything underneath the board, tried pressing on it and still nothing. CMOS jumper is still in place...

So far, the only thing that gives me an indication of what might be wrong is my graphics card;

Those 3 LEDs on my graphics card are not supposed to be on...

Try connecting everything out of the case.

Tried putting in a different CPU, different graphics card again and still nothing. Looks like it is the motherboard...
