I logged on last night (31/05/2015) at 20:00 onto my Clientzone and was told I have 1.26 Gigabytes left.
At this point I decided to halt all downloads and keep the remaining 1 gig odd going till midnight.
At 20:30 I was disconnected. (Authentication Failed)
This is unacceptable as I still had over 1 gig left according to your stats and mine for that matter.
You are now on very thin ice and it is maybe time to move to someone else.
 
my guess is that there seems to be some sort of 'lag' with usage reporting. ive experience the same issue, also on month end. it needs to be fixed
 
I don't think authentication fails if you are capped, but I might be wrong. My account certainly did not fail auth when it was soft-capped on Saturday.

Tonight at 21:30 you capped me again and I have 101 gigs left.

At 22:00 all was ok again, what the hell ???

I'm not sure this was a capping error, I'll gladly take a look though - could you pop me PM with your DSL username so I can check things out? If there was an issue on the 31st I can roll the data over for a few more days.
 
Personally, I think you guys need a softcap or at least notify us via email when we are about to be capped and why.
Softcap allows for top ups etc as like in my case, I have no mobile phone access etc.
I should have access to my clientzone regardless of my capped status.
If any other ISP has this option, please let me know and you will have a new customer.

Our system should notify you of your usage and remaining data via SMS and email once you reach preset levels - 50%, 75%, 90% - if you aren't receiving these notifications they may be disabled or not working. Drop me a PM with your account details and I'll check for you!

You can setup your account to notify you by SMS and email at various usage percentages...

Yes I do get these emails, but when it says you still have 10 gigs (90% done) that to me is a hell of a lot.
I did get an SMS also and that's why I logged onto my Clientzone and it said I have 1.2 gigs left and that was around 8 pm or thereabouts, so I did not worry too much, then 20 minutes later I was capped, so the sms and clientzone meant nothing.
Anyways I have an out now so this should not happen again.

If you notice anything worrisome happening on any of your accounts, please let us know! We'll gladly check the account from our side to make sure everything is as it should be.
 
This happened to me countless times. The night before the new month I can't use my Internet although clientzone says I have cap left. Once I topped up a day before the end of the month and could not use that data.
