There was a Queue last night ,however it was only general queries nothing specific.

Well after my 63 min stint I tried 111 and was told system is off cannot log a call or nothing. Phoned again 155 today and they say system is still off ????????
What are they smoking in the call centre????

BB service not working - did the battery pull register hosting tablet etc........
