What's up with Chrome Browser?

Not sure what is up with Google Chrome the past week or two. I am up to date with the latest version, but I get a boat load of problems when using Google Chrome.

Websites load slow (but they are super fast on Edge).
I cannot enter my online banking (but it works fine on Edge).
Just tried 4 times installing vBulletin Forum for a client. Installation failed for various reasons. (Managed to install it first shot with Edge).

There are a few other problems I encountered the past few days on various sites, like Discovery.
 
Sorry to be so blunt, but why don't you switch to Edge then, chrome is not the holy grail, people use lots of browsers.

Personally I use safari as my daily browser, but seeing as you are on windows, edge might just work better. Chrome has had so many new features added to it, it's less of a browser and more it's own os / ecosystem.

At the end of the day, the browser you use is subjective to what works for you, and the features you want from it. Use edge if it's faster or better in your opinion.

Change is a good thing. Even if it means you have to remember all your passwords to sign in on edge.
 
Lots of problems today with Chrome and Edge.
There was an update last night od WIN 10. Dont believe in coincidences.
 
Very likely an extension issues. You can either disable all your extensions to see if that helps or setup a new chrome profile.

Last option would be to clean out your chrome setup and do a fresh install.

I do not see anything where you say your have reset Chrome.

You're the type of guy that says to the client "Why don't you just buy a new pc" when the machine needs a reload.

Other than Tor browser, its the only browser I know that doesnt leave identifiable information about you behind on it.
 
I'm on Version 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (64-bit) and its fine for the most part.

Like suggested think it could be an extension. Also, check the install location maybe it's installed on a failing drive?

You're the type of guy that makes assumptions, based on nothing more than a paragraph of information. Plus, it's software... not hardware... mayor difference. OP clearly has had great success with Edge... so why not take the leap?

A browser parses code to display a web page. If it's easy to swop em out to whatever works for you, then do it. Never got this fanboy bs when it came to a piece of software... use whatever you desire, it's the info on the other end that matters.

Let's see what assumptions you divine out of this paragraph.

When I opened Chrome it showed a blank page I restarted and nothing happened so I reinstalled it and luckily now it's working. I don't think ive updated it since I installed it the first time. Could that be the problem?
