Found this on NAG forum:

Firefox:
Tools->Options->Connection Settings
Manual Proxy Configuration
HTTP Proxy: cache.saix.net Port 8080
[X] Use this proxy server for all protocols

Internet Explorer:
Tools->Internet Options->Connections Tab
Now, if you have a PPPoE connection via Windows, select that connection in the box at the top, and click SETTINGS.

OR, if your router or firewall does the connection, click LAN SETTINGS.

[X] Use a proxy server for this connection/for your LAN
Address: cache.saix.net Port 8080
[X] Bypass proxy server for local addresses

It works. Yay!

Okay, I've changed my settings on Firefox, restarted Firefox. Now all sites shows me "Forbidden"

I use a SAIX International
and a IS Local.

All the sites gives me the same "Forbidden"
