What's wrong with the Vodacom website?

Every time I access a page that has to generate a report I get the following error:

We are currently experiencing problems servicing your request.


Please try again later or log your error with our Web team.


This has been happening for couple of weeks. Sort it out :mad:

This is the myadls forum. We are just a community of people discussing broadband issues. We can not sort out the Vodacom website.

Me think you will have to contact the Webmaster.

For a start we don't know what you are on about bcos you have not provided any useful info.

Which Vodacom site you are referring to? - you do mention "generate a report", I assume you are trying to do something on www.vodacom4me.co.za, although you know what they say about assumptions...

What type of report are you trying to have generated? - we could try and do the same type of report on our accounts and let you know if it works for us - if not then v3g will know that it is a general problem and not only something to do with your account or maybe the browser you're using.

Yeah ic I have noted the site works better with IE (Most of the time I use FireFox) and checking other accounts would have been a good idea in identifying the problem since the static html pages were working.

Anyway, I have gone to the site and the reports are working now.

good stuff Vodacom!
